Lori, the heart and soul behind Markers and Mud Pies, is an experienced early childhood educator with decades of experience in the field. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in every resource she creates. With a deep understanding of child development and a knack for making learning fun, Lori has helped countless young learners flourish.

Our mission is to enrich early childhood education by offering high-quality, creative, and practical lesson plans and resources. Children should be encouraged to explore the world around them and experiment with new skills and techniques. Our lessons and resources are designed to be accessible for teachers – science for kids should be fun to teach, not scary!
